Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

B&P Wholesale Ltd offers a free delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding vat) to Mainland UK. Excluding certain postcodes, please check our "Delivery Areas" section for exclusions.
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Thurs delivered next day
Orders placed before 12 noon Friday delivered Monday
Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday
Parcels that will be sent via DPD will be given a 1 hour window wherever possible
Orders under £150 (excluding vat) will incur a delivery charge of £9.99 (inc vat)
For Saturday delivery’s please contact us 01142444446 Mon-Fri between 5am-12noon for prices although this cannot be guaranteed
For BULK orders please contact us on 01142444446 Mon-Fri between 5am-12 noon for best prices
For REGULAR deliveries please see the map of what days we can deliver on a regular basis to your area. If local we can offer free delivery from orders over £30 exclusive of vat
For click and collect – Orders can be collected from our Warehouse B&P Wholesale, Unit 6a Parkway Drive Sheffield S9 4WN between 5am – 12 noon Mon-Fri subject to availability. Alternatively if we would like to browse our range you are welcome to call to our Warehouse between these hours, no appointment or membership needed.
Please allow 3-5 days for deliveries over the bank holidays

RETURNS

Returns of unwanted goods (eg ordered wrong size, ordered the wrong product, dont need anymore) are subject to the customer paying for the return postage and provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
We can not accept and refund returned goods that have been opened, tampered with or used
All goods that have been opened, marked/soiled, damaged or used will not be entitled to a refund
All refunds will be made to the customer within 14 days of B&P Wholesale Ltd receiving the goods.
A full refund for the product will be given in instances of fault rather than return depending on the quantity and cost of the item. Delivery cost is non-refundable in all instances.
